The founder of Man Wah is Huang Minli. It was first listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 1992 and got delisted in 2009. One year later, it was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The major shareholder of the company is itself. Rivals with the direct and indirect competition with Man Wah are EJE (Hong Kong) Holdings, Techtronic Industries, JF Household Furnishings Limited.
